leaving on a jet plane

Just one week until I will be boarding a 747 on my way to Africa. I cannot believe how quickly this has come up!

Tonight is my last night in my Vancouver apartment and I have to admit that I am sad to leave as I have loved living here, but I am excited about the adventures that await me.

Besides, when I get to spend time with children like these, how can I be anything but excited about going to Africa!?!
