house calls

Currently we have a team from Canada visiting us in Zambia. This team is an assortment of people including landscapers, families and doctors.

This morning the doctors visited a farm community that some of our community students live in.

Each person was given some de-worming medicine, a helicopter tattoo (which everyone, adults included, loved), and a protein bar that they all really enjoyed and thought was chocolate. Some of the people had some aches and pains and each one was attended to by our doctors.

This little boy was treated for his severe case of chicken pox that has left open sores on his head.

We even put up a few mosquito nets for some of the kids (as a few of them had malaria last week).

The doctors handing out another piece of a protein bar before we left to go back to Grace.


It was a great morning!
