more creepy crawlies

One of my grade nine students knows how much I love all of the random bugs found in Zambia so she makes a point of catching them and then bringing them to me to check out. Of course her idea of showing them to me usually involves her putting her hand out to give me something and then handing me the bug, or running up and shoving it in my face or something along those lines as she delights in my shrieks of "ew! gross!" accompanied by full body shudders.

Of course, one would think that I would be wary whenever she comes in my direction with a suspicious smile on her face, but she is very clever and often brings me nice things (like bowls of popcorn) and the
length of time between the bugs is just long enough to make me forget and be surprised by the next bug-in-my-face incident.

This is the bug she brought to show me today. It moves surprisingly fast (as in every picture I took of it was blurry until she held it) and makes a clunking noise when it moves (perhaps because of its hard shell?).
