There is a tradition in my family (actually we have many traditions) that when spring has finally sprung and the daffodils have finally come up to greet us with their sunny blooms, my Dad always drives out to Bradner Road to buy us some daffodils.
Even though I am not at home, my Dad still bought me the first spring daffodils and sent me a picture of them with the Zambian giraffes. Thanks Dad!
I am sure that after the long, cold winter (not too sad to have missed the cold and snow) everyone back home is very excited to see sun and have warmer weather.
Happy spring to everyone back home!
